Returns & Exchanges
I Love Guava agrees to the refund of Products purchased and received by the Customer, on condition that the following terms have been met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and still have all labels attached.
- Items needs to be in perfect condition.
- Items should be returned within 2 weeks of order date.
Courier Costs
When returning an item, the courier cost falls to the client. We can arrange a courier and deduct the fee from the refund amount.
The Refund
Once items are reveived in perfect condition as stated above, the refund will be processed via EFT minus the courier fee.
